You're absolutely right there, can't believe I forgot that song - it was definitely second on my mental favourites list from her... you know what I think tarnished it? I have a version by Xtina (live) which absolutely ruined it, it was totally unsuitable for her voice imo - made it worse for me
It would be like if Whitney butchered Dolly's 'I Will Always Love You' but she didn't, she sung it awesomely or if Mariah had killed 'Without You' but didn't. Not that that decreases my appreciation of the original song, it just pushed it to the back of my mind...
