At the moment I have a Blackberry Storm and I'm thinking about buying a new one.
I was thinking about Android, Galaxy or Iphone. I really want the best one. Cause these phones are expensive like ****. I don't want to buy a phone that I will regret later.

I don't think you can come up with one objectively superior phone to the rest. The Android line has a lot of good high end phones, including Verizon's Droid Razr and AT&T's Galaxy S2. Apple of course has the iPhone 4S, which generally has lower specs than high-end Android phones, but many people prefer iOS. Windows phones are also becoming a viable option.
Phones these days last 5 minutes, the past couple of phones I've had have been smart phones and the screens crack really easily, I swear my Nokia 3410 was better made than my Galaxy S2
