I really think they are way too desperate and are pushing things too much. Yeah Katy has a record but I think she did not achieved it by her talent. It was because the singles were discounted and making remixes.

None of them are questionable AND that thing about talent is meaningless. The artists that get a #1 hit is because the public liked their material, bought it and radio played their songs in said week.

I love the way Capitol plays the game to be honest, they know exactly where it's at. Nobody's going to care in 20 years how many remixes you released or if you priced your songs at the bare minimum, a #1 is a #1.
