You kind of can when other songs are still getting +1m BEFORE Christmas, I can only imagine their updates post-Xmas.
MTN is being left in the dust on pop.
Once again, with a couple of exceptions, those are songs that took off before the Christmas freeze. It was idiotic for Gaga to release MTN when they did because they released it and didn't give it time to grow before everything slowed down. Radio play this era has been unpredictable. For all we know, Interscope might be withholding their payola until after Christmas.
I think her performance in new year's eve will be a definition wether MTN flops or not... It just needs to stand its ground during the freeze. We shall see.
While MTN keeps falling (#31 now), The Born This Way album goes up one place and sits at #21. With sales increasing hard in the last few weeks, going up one place is a sign of a quite big increase!
I love how when someone post a ****** piece of news anyone start quoting it with FLOP! SHE NEEDS TO COME BACK TO THE FAME! SHE NEEDS A COMMERCIAL SONG! THE GENERAL PUBLIC IS TIRED OF HER!
And when someone posts good news they get completely ignored.
“And my father jokes because he used to have panic attacks in the middle of the night because I used to rehearse at like 1am at this rehearsal space on Stanton street… not Stanton, Stanton and Ludlow. …So I would carry my piano myself down the stairs, wheel it all the way to Ludlow St., and then carry it all the way down the stairs… He used to have panic attacks that I was going to fall cause I was by myself and I would never—I’m like too headstrong to call anyone to help me up. “ — Lady Gaga. September 2009.
I am recalling when everyone was saying now would be the perfect time to release MTN
But Interscope/Gaga was finally on par with the fans, the first time throughout this era, so that makes me want MTN to succeed even more. I do hope the promo helps to get the song to the top 10 at least...

Some fans think they know everything better and the label can't do anything right.
^^I don't know why they didn't do this upon its release. No one cares about 14 minute videos. Gaga is not Michael Jackson.
If this does miss the top 10 Serves them right for not releasing it as the lead single. I LOVE Born This Way very much, and I appreciate the message, but had MTN or something actually hot been the lead single..Oh my god...
And out of the Top 40 on Itunes, we should stop lying to ourselves Marry The Night is flopping and very bad Judas is shaping as a hit in front of Marry The Flop, why the songs that we thought would do good end up flopping, why

Actually, if we talk about success, Marry The Night is ******** all over Judas, which was a super-hyped 2nd single released before album release. I can't at people saying Judas looks like a hit compared to MTN; this is lack of common sense.
And it is still at #39 on iTunes. Not that it's good...
