Personally, I believe that the best part of the movie is Aaron Eckhart as Two-Face/Harvey Dent. It's amazing how he's able to juggle these characters and give them both distinctive and fleshed out personalities. The trailers and TV ads may have played up Joker's involvement more, and it's certainly true that the analyizing of Batman's role in Gotham is important, but, to me, TDK was really about Harvey Dent's battle within himself (that he ultimately fails to win) and Batman/Bruce Wayne's interactions with Two-Face/Harvey.

Needless to say, this is my most anticipated film of 2012. I hope it will live up to my expectations, though I will understand if it can't.

I kind of felt like it was handled poorly. The transition to Two-Face was too drastic and melodramatic for my taste, and he didn't really have time to flourish. She died, he had a reason to spiral downward and then the end of the movie came too quickly. Not that the movie should have been longer.

No you're not. You're going to a pre-screening of Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol, and I'd hate to break it to you, but the prologue will only be seen on 70mm IMAX prints, and not until the 9PM/midnight screenings on Thursday
