I don't know, but it is possible. All cruise ships these days have computers there with internet. You of course have to pay to use it unless you have your own.

You have to buy it for however long you get on.
I don't know but it happens, though when I was on a cruise and I got Wifi, it was slow as hell, it always is.
Oh and ummm, if you're going on a cruise...why are you concerned about the internet? I've been on a cruise twice and the internet never crossed my mind considering there's so much one can do on a cruise. If you're going on a cruise and you're going to spend your free time chatting it up with the ***** on here, then it seems pointless and almost anti-social because I know you're not going alone.
