I don't think he knew it was against the rules. The rule says something about "carrying on a second persona" or something, and about second accounts. He logged onto a different member's account to post. I would rewrite the rule after that, but not punish him for it. The wording doesn't really limit what he did.

And even still, it's another person using it. It's technically not a duplicate according to the definition we have. Don't get me wrong, it was stupid to do and risk it, but I don't think it was worth the ban.

This is his third of fourth permanent ban. He's broken the rule on duplicate accounts a few times before. He's already had a second chance. He blew it.

This site doesn't have IP identification, in which case a user who's banned can simply download and use a different web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera) and re-sign up (different username of course, if you don't want to be found out). Rem, must be young
