IT'S COMING!!!

Thanks to your ancipation, I'll make my year-end list!
This time the list will be devided into 2 sections: US/UK pop and JKpop
It will make some members easy to comment bc some of you guys dont listen to JKpop much and its hard for you to comments on these.
You can comment on 1 section if you r not interested in the other (obviously JKpop's)

Its okay. I wont be disappointed

Here are what you can expect in my thread:
US/UK section : Top 10 Albums, Top 20 singles (maybe more)
JK section : Top 5 Albums, Top 20 singles
Every updates will contain both sections so you guys always have something to comment on

Some may be expected :
Top 20 music videos of the year; Top big hits but not on my list and reasons (or Top Snubs); Top Artists; Top Movies; Top TV Show/Series; and many more!!!

On Deck Singles (Part I)
These singles are own my favorite songs. But it seems like they lack of something to make it to the top 25
US/UK Pop section:
OneRepublic - Good Life
Good song, good music video but I don't think this is their best. They could do better and I think they should release it as a single sooner.
Coldplay - Every Teardrop is a Waterfall
I really like this song and also the music video. BUT again the band's comeback and album (Mylo Xyloto) this time is not as strong as Viva La Vida...
Christina Perri - Jars of Heart
Interesting video with a beautiful ballad. The only reason it couldnt make the cut is that I started to like this song when it already became an old hit.
Jessie J - Price Tag
Very meaningful song but I hate her voice. This song quickly became boring to me after a few time listening to it.

JK Pop Section:
AAA - No Cry No More
This year, they had a lot of international promotion. They often sing this song on these promotion so it grows on me
Nine Muses - Figaro
I can see the improvement in all of the members' voice. They sound much better than their previous single No Playboy. However, a nice song with a bland video is very forgettable
Trouble Maker - Trouble Maker
I love this song! It ends up here because it is too new. In fact, it was just released in about two weeks ago
T-Ara - Bo Beep Bo Beep (Japanese)
This song was first released 2 years ago in Korea. Now they translated to Japanese and release it with a much better video and the song still sounds fun, refreshing

USUK section:
Colbie Caillat - I Do
Good and fun song! Simple video (in a good way)! But it is not memorable and terrific enough
Big Time Rush - Boyfriend
I used to hate this band. But thanks to this song, I have to think about that again. This song sounds nice
Matt Nathanson - Faster
Really interesting song. However, I think its lack of promotion and the music video could be far better
Jason Aldean - Dirt Road Anthem
Very unique song. But I prefer his old music, such as Big Green Tractor :heart:

JK section:
5dolls - Like This or That

Their vocals are so powerful and make this song sound good. However, theres lack of promotion.
4Minute - Mirror Mirror

Nice song but theres nothing special about this single
2NE1 - Lonely

I really like this song. However, I dont like this song's genre and their voice sounds too heavy for a sweet song like this
Perfume - Laser Beam

Nice song from Perfume but I think Nee is still their best song ever

Top 25 Singles (#25-#23)
These singles are amazing in 2011!!!

US UK pop section:
#25. Black Eyed Peas - Just Can't Get Enough
Really good song and music video (especially about Japan's earthquake). They should have released it as 1st single though

#24. Kelly Clarkson - Mr. Know-it-all
Great song with meaningful lyrics! The song is very soft, sweet and releasing and the video is beautiful and simple. The worst thing is that it was released too late this year

#23. Bruno Mars - The Lazy Song
Fun song with a great concept for a music video. They really match perfectly and they are also a little bit lazy and laid-back. The only thing that I hate is the "taking-pants-off" part

Its kinda weird IMO

JK pop section:
#25. Koda Kumi - 4 Times

This single contain a bunch of good and up-beat songs and Videos

And she also promoted a lot overseas.

#24. Sistar19 - Ma Boy

Its nice R&B hip-hop song which is veray rare in Kpop music. Even nowadays, a lot of American artists' R&B and hiphop songs are not as good as this song IMO

About Sistar, they also released a famous song (So Cool) this year, but I still prefer Ma Boy

#23. Girls' Day - Twinkie Twinkie

At first, I think this song is crazy. Howver, after a few listening, I changed my mind. Its a super cute and fun song and they promote this song very hard
