Has it ever happened to any of you guys that you refused to like a particlular artist, but you end up giving in and liking them because of a song or something?
here are some of mine:

-Carrie Underwood. Even though i voted for her, her single title 'jesus take the wheel' put me off, and i HATE country. But i love the song and now like her.
-Kelly Clarkson. I disliked her on Idol, and still semi-dont like her, but her new single "walk away' won me over.
-Bon Jovi. I hate coroperate rock, but I ended up loving them.
-Kanye West. I hate rap, and I hate goldigger, but i heard 'diamonds from sierro leone' and now i love this guy.

Jet until I heard Are You Gonna Be Me Girl? I couldn't stand them. Then Cold Hard Bitch grew on me, the song that made me hate them, and now I really like them.

John Mayer - Well, this was at the beginning of his career... He made Your Body Is A Wonderland, and that sucked serious ass, and then I heard No Such Thing and I LOVED IT! <333 Now he sucks again.

i used to dislike rihanna but now i love her because i love "iiltyw" and "sos"
i hate teddy geiger but i start to like "for you i will" :-/

Kelly Clarkson - I never gave a damn about her and her first album, and I never cared about Breakaway either until a month ago
P!nk - there was something about her that I didn't like...
Coldplay - I really hated the "yellow" video....and the song too..now I love it!
Gorillaz...I reallly hated Gorillaz until they released Demon Days...awesome album

Ashlee Simpson until Shadow came out

Kelly Clarkson until Since U Been Gone came out

Madonna until Hung Up came out then I bothered to check her earlier stuff and loved it

Rihanna until SOS came out

Carrie Underwood until she released her CD

Teddy Geiger until I heard him after a while

The Veronicas and then I warmed up to them and grew to love them

Ashlee Simpson who won me over with Boyfriend
Hilary Duff who I hate still but Fly and Come Clean are amazing

This actually may shock you. I gave into liking Beyonce after Bills Bills Bills came out in 1998-1999. It had been on and off but might be pushed off completely after the fiasco I call COI

The only name i come up with at the moment is Natasha Bedingfield. I used to think she was giving music a shot since her brother was already famous.

Madonna-I hated her and she freaked me out and i hated pop music, but then i saw her perform at Live8 and i was really impressed. now i like her, but shes still kinda weird/cool

I hated Christina A. but now i think shes ok, but britney will always be my fave of the two
Also PCD (thought they were ****s) and Ciara (just didnt like her much until "Oh")

The Killers. I HATED Somebody Told Me, but everything else they released have been soo good that I couldn't refuse to like them anymore.

I don't care for these artists,but their songs brainwashed me.
