RTA was released and abandonned then she released Irreplaceable, and still didn't win a thing at the Grammys with that song. So what is that work you are talking about?

The handling of B'Day was phenomenal. They rush released Irreplaceable, got Shakira on a track for a huge smash after the success of Hips Don't Lie, they re-released the album, released an anthology CD, etc. Mathew brought life back to the album. The same can't really be said for 4. Say what you want but Mathew was inventive that era and did things that were new and weren't done before to make Beyonce more successful. He worked that era hard. Beyonce is just recycling his tricks with none of the pay off. Mathew is a good manager.

So why bring up the Grammys in the first place?

It honestly was a joke. But then it blew up into a whole big thing. Regardless Mathew was her manager until the 4 era. It's ridiculous to believe he had no input on her career during the IASF era. It's just another general case of the Beyonce stans trying to diminish his importance.
