I want her to work with Stuart Price.
I want her to stay in dance, maybe explore house/industrial music more.
I want the polished but edgy production from TFM injected into the 3rd album.
I want songs similar to:
Paparazzi
Poker Face
Bad Romance
Scheisse (without the gibberish).
HML (without the autotune/over-produced vocals).
Lovegame
The Edge of Glory (without vocal echos)
Some soft-sounding ballads, y'know something that isn't just a carbon copy of Brown Eyes that doesn't come off as increasingly more over-produced as you go from each album to the next (Brown Eyes --> Speechless --> You and I).

She works with DJWS, but he does not exec produce the album. Fernando works with her on the album again, and Darkchild comes back to deliver a song that was as epic as Telephone.
Interscrope hires professionals for all her videos. Choreo, direction, everything. GaGa is given creative control of the album, but not direction of any videos.
She promotes at least once on every major talk show and American Idol, X Factor, etc. She loses the ****** outfits and looks more like this:
As opposed to this:
The general public will once again be by her side, the tour numbers get even higher than before, and her singles all go at least 3 times platinum.

So basically, TF/TFM again?

I want more urban or hiphop songs on the new album, in vein of startstruck, monster or paper gangsta. I also want one love ballad that really shows raw emotions. Brown eyes and speechless got close, but I dont think she really showed us that raw emotion just yet. Fooled me Again came the closest. I want her to work with redone again obviously, space cowboy, and of course, herself
Some features, or rap verses would be wonderful as well.

Seriously though. She needs to move away from these 70s/90s glam rock throwbacks. Like, let's hear an actual ballad. I know she has it in her.

For her new album:
Theme: Decay of the Popstar as she said.
Producers: RedOne, Fernando Garibay, Darkchild, maybe new producers
Writers: Gaga of course
Genres: Electronic, Pop, Rock, Dance, Electro House, Synthpop, Electropop, experimentation in other classic genres possibly like Jazz, Funk, Rock n Roll, etc.
Audience: Mainly commercial, but to also target other audiences with various genres(like she did with You and I by picking up Country/Rock n Roll)
Creative Team: Gaga, Haus of Gaga, experimenting with new people for her to work with to explore various artforms to express herself this era.
Collaborations: Elton John(Ballad), Beyonce(Telephone Sequel)
Image: Images that revolve around Decay and Rebirth in a glamorous and beautiful way(ie The Fame Monster Era Fashion w/ BTW Edge on Redefining what is Beautiful, with some Conventional Beauty The Fame Era twinges).
Hair colors to signify decay and this era: Brown, Black, White, Purple, etc.
Directors: Her usual directors.
Tour: Elton John, Beyonce, etc headlining/opening her tour.

I like the type of sound she is making right now. So she should keeor a couple of sp her producers of songs...
3 - Fernando
2 - RedOne
2 - White Shadow
3- Big name producer like Danja
2 - Unknow
She need to light it up on the lyrics so we have more fun sogs. I'll need her to release 2 slow ballads 1 being the duet with Elton and the other 1 being Living On The Radio. Big radio friendly and club banger first single.
The continuation of Telephone with Beyonce should be here. 2 colaborations this time around.

For Lady Gaga, she needs to stop taking things so seriously for her next album. Don't be a bubbly idiot, but don't try too hard to try hard. Lyrically, Lady Gaga needs to expand her audience. She's written about fun, about death, and now she's written about injustice. Maybe she would write a break up song, a love song, a feel good song, and etc on one album. That way people feel more connected to her.
As far as producers are concerned, isn't it obvious that Fernando just isn't the one who should be leading her production? Let him take the backseat. Find someone new but keep DJWS. RedOne + Gaga need to get it together. Find a great formula, a new one to inspire them in the future. I need for them to say 'how are we going to top this?'
And other, no more self-directed videos. This can't go on Professional directors with the length of the videos matching or nearing the length of the actual song. It's too much and people can read Gaga's try hard. I want Lady Gaga, above all, to maintain her artistry. She is an artist. She may not be controlled by her label, but she is controlled by her visions and let's face it...she needs someone else to help her master these visions properly.
I'm not big on duets. Elton John, Beyonce, or Sting would be nice. Hell, I would love a Robyn/Gaga collab...that would be sick. I just don't want Drake or Nicki Minaj.

For Lady Gaga I would make her next album to be generic, with club bangers!! No Bloody Mary or Judas...

RedOne produces the lead single, which should have the perfect balance between weird and commercial - Bad Romance-esque, without sounding like Bad Romance. RedOne will do 3-4 songs off of the album.
DJ White Shadow should be executive producer (along with Gaga of course) of the album, as he has proven through songs like Electric Chapel and Government Hooker that he is an outstanding musician. DJ White Shadow will do 5-6 songs from the album.
Fernando Garibay will be a producer on the album, but less dominant than he is in Born This Way. The songs he will produce w/ Gaga will be anthemic ones - The Edge Of Glory and Marry The Night Garibay will do around 3 songs.
Darkchild needs to be here - 1 song only - and he will produce an urban sound that has been lacking on the last album. Duet w/ Beyonce? I'm here for that.
She needs to have a new produce who will do 2 songs, and these, of course will be epic.
A legend produced track - Elton John.
For music videos, she will collaborate with Joseph Kahn, Jonas Ĺkerlund and Francis Lawrence. She will also do a self directed video, which will be raw & real for a ballad song.
There will be 7-9 singles from the album, and the album will be 12 tracks (standard) and 16 (expanded)
2 of the singles released should be bonus tracks, as these are often ignored, but better than tracks on the standard edition - The Queen for example.
The album will hit number 1, 2 singles will go number 1 and the rest will be at least top 10.
The album should be released in late 2013/early 2014.
Tour should be more extravagant than ever before, and will become one of the best-selling tours of all time.

I want the theme of Lady Gaga's next album to be as she already said, the decay of the blonde icon.
I want the lead single to be a RedOne produced, club banger, that takes aspects of Gaga's earlier work like Poker Face, Just Dance, Bad Romance, and then I want RedOne to enhance them and put them on steroids
I want Gaga to have subtle messages in her work that don't mess with religion and turn people off.
I want her to work with her usual producers, RedOne, Fernando, DJWS, however, I want RedOne to play a bigger role in the production of the album. I also want Gaga to work with Taja Riely, who produced 'Teeth' as well as some other well known producers such as Danja, and maybe Skrillex, if she wanted to explore something new.
I want the lead single to be released in August, on the week of the VMAs with a music video debuting worldwide on Vevo, MTV, E!, etc. With a new album released in the 4th quarter, November time
I want the music videos to be directed by professionals such as Francis Lawrence, Stephen Klein, Jonas Akerlund, Joseph Kahn, and maybe some new, pro directors
I want Gaga to look like this the entire era:
Basically, I want her to be sexy again 24/7. Different, without being perceived as an attention seeking freak by the general public
Oh, and I want her to slay again

The theme should be urban pop ( think of "Boys" " get Naked" I got that Boom Boom")
Lead single should be produced by Bloodshy and Avant
I need a Kanye West or Jay-z or TI or Eminem Collaboration
She needs to get Ms. Lago, Pharrell/Nepturnes, Keri Hilson, Diddy, Danja to write songs for her
