No song that beautiful lyrically is "typical". But go on ahead, lump them with bands like 10 Years and Nickelback. At least I know better.

Anyway, WWS is far and away the #1 song on rock radio right now. I knew it was gonna be a big hit and all, but it really blew up.

Yeah, I don't see the overwhelming success of PJ as any sort of surprise.
It was getting kind of boring seeing Foo, after NIN, after Weezer, song hit #1. (although those were all worthy chart toppers, nonetheless).

Very surprised at the Raconteurs blowing up so quickly. I would wager it's a pretty big departure from The White Stripes, and thank god, 'cos Jack White hit it right with this one.

Or even P!ATD. That song doesn't seem to be giving up.
