It took 8 seasons for a group to win in the UK, it's hard but clearly possible. Also groups in the UK make it a lot further because groups are still relevant on the charts over there.
However in the US, there aren't any relevant groups (with the exception of BEP), so I definitely think it's harder.
Also Little Mix were put together for Boot Camp, but Tuilsa is a great judge. She knew exactly how to market them, and what to say every week.
