Why is every Britney era considered a comeback nowadays?

Her last 3 albums have been called comeback, enough is enough. Circus was her Recovery, this was the follow up not a comeback. Circus was more successful, the only thing about FF that trumps Circus is a few songs and the tour, which while lacking in live vocals was fantastic. She seemed more comfortable during FF.
