Also, I think this article is fake. I can't see Ashlee being "molded" into anyone...especially Gwen. I think that would ruin her career more than it already is. This is a girl that has consistently said "I am me and I won't change for anyone." and this clearly goes against everything she has said. Also, releasing a song she didn't even co-write would provide ammunition for the haters who say she can't write her own songs.

I have mixed emotions about a re-release. I would like to hear more songs and I think it was a huge mistake not including Kicking and Screaming on her original US release. That song along with I Am Me would have made amazing singles.

There were a lot of things that hurt Ashlee's album sales. The wrong choices for singles, lack of promotion, and lack of touring to name a few but considering all of that she still did good with this album. She got a #1 album and is closing in on 1 million albums sold (840,000+ at this time) So I think what a re-release would do is push Ashlee over the 1 million albums sold mark. But the real test will be to see what her 3rd album does. Ashlee's 3rd album will make or break her career.
