I don't know. I do know that they are suing her for what they COULD have made from her name. That "she backed out for more money" is probably a farce because they didn't have a stable fiancial backing for the game. Had she agreed and went through with, I assume any extra cost should something go wrong could've fell on her and them.

Ultimately it's a very common type of case with clearly defined guidelines. If her oral agreement with the company is held to be legally binding, she will lose the case for sure. 100 million is not happening though.
