Rachel Crow collapsed when Steve Jones announced her exit from X Factor, but the eternally cheerful 13-year-old was all smiles when she spoke to the press 90 minutes after the show. “You know, I’m not feeling great, but I’ll be fine,” she said.
Crow was ultimately the victim of America’s vote, after Nicole Scherzinger could not choose between Crow and Marcus Canty. Scherzinger was booed offstage, but Crow insisted that there were no hard feelings. “She told me she’s sorry,” Crow said. “I don’t know why. She was like, ‘I’m so sorry. I was not expecting that.’ I was like, ‘It’s okay. It’s not your fault.’”
Scherzinger later told reporters that she only tied the vote as a means to gracefully eliminate Canty, never suspecting that Crow would have garnered less support. Crow admitted that this had also crossed her mind. “Marcus has been in the bottom two,” she said. “I think, honestly, everybody was thinking that.” Everybody, including Canty himself. “He said, ‘I wasn’t expecting this. I was preparing myself to go home,’” Crow said. “I was like, ‘Why? You’re amazing!’ He was trying to console me. I was like, ‘Console me? Celebrate! Be happy.’”
I suspected that was why Nicole decided to tie the vote. I personally think, if she felt so strongly about not making a decision, she should have just abstained, effectively eliminating Marcus.

It matters a lot. She's not a very likeable artist before and she got this one opportunity to hit big and she messed up big time. This indecisiveness to play the role of a mother, friend or a bitch WHEN it mattered nailed her own coffin.
i knw that she didnt wanna live wit that fact that she sent marcus home, so she left it up to america which everyone thought would be sending marcus home since hes been in the bottom 2 for 3 times now. but that didnt turn out well.

Totally Agree - Nicole gets paid to be a judge and judges have to make hard decisions. If she doesn't have the brains or balls to make the tough decisions then she should stop accepting money for being a judge as that is what she is paid to do. She was paid to vote for the person who sang the best in the Save Me song last night and she failed to do that and now someone who deserves to be there to the end got eliminated. Marcus has been in the bottom two for three weeks in a row - get a clue!! This is enough to make me stop watching the show. Nicole needs to be eliminated!!
