It's the same with the remixes. Rappers have been releasing loads of remixes of their songs for the past 20 years, and nobody cares, then Rihanna and Britney Spears do it and there's massive panic on here.
It's just so stupid. Three female artsits do it, and everybody complains, yet they didn't care about the other 250 rap remixes of songs released in 2010 that charted.

I agree, although the remix trend got absolutely ridiculous at one point among the pop girls so people had a right to complain about that imo.
These definitely sexism, but sometimes I don't know whether it's in favor of women are almost against them. It's like people are trying to nitpick at everything the female artist does, and she's expected to be "sexy" & have the greatest voice on earth or she's a ***** or "boring". But a man can sing about sex, do discounts, & have a weak voice & while he may not be respected like a truly amazingly talented male performer, he isn't viewed the same as his female counterpart, or as negatively.
