Gaga's never been a chart killer, so that invalidates your first paragraph. I mean, her highest AI is, what, 118m? Her overall success has been pretty ****ing consistent and you'd have to be blind not to see that. Also, expectations are irrelevant. That has hardly anything to do with Gaga. If you expected this era to blow the past era out of the water, that is your problem.
And yeah, Gaga's choices have been stupid this era, so I agree with you on that one.
