Coldplay have been confirmed to appear on The X Factor final next weekend.
Other acts confirmed on the bill are Michael Buble, Leona Lewis, JLS and One Direction.
Coldplay's frontman Chris Martin told The X Factor's official website Xfactoritv.com:

We're all big X Factor fans so we're very excited to play live on the show.
The performance will feature as part of a two day final at Wembley Arena next Saturday (December 10) and Sunday (11). Adele was recently touted to appear at the event but organisers have now confirmed that she won't be performing.
