Whenever I heard Immigrant Song (the short version) on the original trailer, it basically took over my body and I was going crazy. I LOVE that song and then the whole version finally released recently and I've fallen in love all over again.
I've read all three books and I think the second one is my favorite, even though they're all brilliant. The third one is massive!
I'm hoping there will be a midnight release of the movie because I want to see it so desperately.
Cool. However I must say judging by all the trailers it just looks like a replica of the original, not different in any way. And also, setting it in Sweden with swedish names yet everyone speaks english?

Exactly! In the trailer it seems very awkward (the blowjob scene) so I don't know how they're going to depict the graphic nature of the books and other films. I believe I read somewhere that David Fincher wasn't very censored with what he showed because he wanted to capture the brutality of it all to stay as close to the book as possible.
And the cat... I have no clue how they'll do that. In the Swedish version it didn't even show the cat at all I don't think, so we'll see.

Even though they're daunting, just keep at it. The chapters are very long (and so are the books) but there's just so many meticulous details in the storytelling that Stieg does; it's quite mesmerizing the way he writes.

I completely agree with you! Even though it is technically still not rated, I honestly don't know how it could get anything lower than R. I mean, if it's going to be as graphic as it's been made out to be then I expect nothing less.

There is gonna be a midnight screening. There already selling tickets for it.
This is mind-blowing; a three hour soundtrack for such an epic movie!
