Several sites have similar posts, all saying that Taylor Swift, Scarlett Johansson and Lea Michele have auditioned to be in the upcoming Les Miserables, directed by Tom Hooper. FOX News has also stated that actress Evan Rachel Wood is also in the running.

Michele who has experience with Les Miserables after appearing on Broadway in 1995 and Johansson are said to have tried out for the role alongside Evan Rachel Wood.
Things are certainly falling into place quickly, so expect an announcement soon. Hooper is looking to begin shooting early next year for a release in December.

Taylor has already stated that she was "working on some surprises for 2012" and the head of her record label believes it's time for Taylor to be in a film and do a soundtrack.
