Several sites have similar posts, all saying that Taylor Swift, Scarlett Johansson and Lea Michele have auditioned to be in the upcoming Les Miserables, directed by Tom Hooper. FOX News has also stated that actress Evan Rachel Wood is also in the running.

Directed by The King's Speech helmer Tom Hooper and based on the popular stage show based on Victor Hugo's book already a stellar cast of Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, Geoffrey Rush and Helena Bonham Carter has locked in.
It is widely thought that they are all in competition for the role of Eponine, which according to the New York Post gossip column Page Six, Swift who will next be heard in The Lorax has already auditioned for.
Michele who has experience with Les Miserables after appearing on Broadway in 1995 and Johansson are said to have tried out for the role alongside Evan Rachel Wood.
Things are certainly falling into place quickly, so expect an announcement soon. Hooper is looking to begin shooting early next year for a release in December.

Taylor has already stated that she was "working on some surprises for 2012" and the head of her record label believes it's time for Taylor to be in a film and do a soundtrack.
I hope Evan Rachel Wood gets the role!
