I agree with ya aerometis..there is no point worrying urself over trl's voting system..its really obvious they re not following a consistent system of votes..There is no way in hell that Jonas brothers( Who the hell er they???) can be getting more votes than ASHLEE SIMPSON..The thing is TRL kinda intentionally puts artists on the countdown to probably help promote them.And since ashlee is already well known, they see no reason for keeping her indefinitely despite the votes and almost retirement..its funny i know..they probably wanna clear up some space on the countdown..It really seems like that's whats happening..And i don't really think DAMIEN likes Ashlee by the way..LOL

Figures Hawthorne Heights is falling... A7F, FOB, and My Chemical Romance have hit #1 but for some reason the best one out of those bands (HH) can't get past #5...

I could deal with Ashlee being off if they kept Aly and AJ on. That would have been a fair switch...a female pop act with another female pop act and Aly and AJ need the promotion more than Ashlee so I would have been happy. But no...they bring all the rap **** on the countdown. The best part of the whole show is when they had the commercial for Aly and AJ's CD and DVD! Also when they talked about them being on the show Monday.

I am not a Kelly fan at all but it's pretty bad when I think her video is the best song on the countdown. But...as upset as I am about Ashlee not retiring I am sure AAR fans feel the same way about them falling. I have no idea why MTV drops these people. Lindsay Lohan, Britney's video got dropped close to retirment, and now Ashlee..the difference is Britney and Lindsay already have retired videos and I think Ashlee deserves one too.

Shut the hell up complaining about Ashlee and Aly & AJ, because you'd say the same if I complained about Kanye falling off. Ashlee is super not talented, and you know it, Aerometis.

Ashlee is talented. Ne-Yo is the most untalented hacks in the music business. Rap and music is an oxymoron. Same thing with Kanye "George Bush hates black people" West. What a racist.

No offense Arith but you really gotta stop coming after people. They really are starting to think you're annoying.

I still don't know who the ---- Teddy Geiger is and where he came from, but get him the ---- off the countdown!

I saw the Bo Bice video, and thought it was kinda cool. Some of the video could've been better, but I did like seeing him walking through the crowd, and to the microphone. That was a very cool shot. The song is allright, and I'm kind of suprised that this hasn't hit the radiowaves out here in Denver.

I also caught Sean Paul's Temperature. I thought he had a good concept, but the outcome looked really cheesy. But the song is a club hit nonetheless.

Plus it wouldn't suprise me if some of the Aly and AJ fans coverted their votes over to the Jonas Bros this week. I see the Jonas Bros as the latest "it" thing on Radio Disney, and for younger teeny boppers. "Mandy" is a very lame, very cheap, and corny video. Being chased around the city by security? That's not original. These boys are absolutly the next attempt at being "Hanson."

OK, first came The Underclassman , now we have Dime Piece from Nick Cannon. The song has a good beat, but the video is forgettable, even though it seems like he's going to have a 2nd part to this. It just has a lot of unoriginal aspects. (Some of the shots, Cars, Jewlery, Dance Club, etc.)

Korn's Coming Undone, is just another concert video, which is a huge flight down from "Twisted Transistor." I see this one getting a first look or no exposure on TRL.

System of a Down's "Lonely Day," was a good video, nothing great. I just doubt TRL would want anything to do anything with it.

Finally, Gwen Stefani's "Crash", if it hasn't already happend, could be premiered on TRL. It's just a concert video which could take a couple days on the countdown or at least On Deck.

Watch MTV2 on Monday. You'll see. It IS a performance video, but it's not live. What you saw was "Coming Undone" at the Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC, the same day they stopped by TRL with the soldiers and whatnot.

Maybe TRL will get their heads out of their asses and give it a PREMIERE, not a First Look.

Looking forward to Natasha's performance, hope this helps people to vote for it. FOB will be a good premiere I hope. Who's Ashley Parker Angel (is he from O-Town or something), and maybe James Blunt's performance will get him on the c/d. We need more new music and not just the same stuff. It's nice and not nice to see Jonas Brothers on the c/d because their new but it's not the best song or video that should be on. Aly and Aj should still be on by Monday since they are performing. Are they ever going to have Fridays' back. Why do they need a three day weekend. Videos would retire a lot more if they didn't took of Fridays.

TRL really doesn't give a **** about how long a video is on, they could either take the day off or help a video retire

Next week looks really good with Natalie Portman, FOB premiere and performances from 2 great UK acts(James Blunt and Natasha Bedingfield) Hopefully the performances can get both of them on...
