She is only 30. Most adults have to work until they're at least 65. I hate when celebrities retire when they're still young. How can a musician retire anyway? If you love making music, it shouldn't be much of a burden to do so. However, if she's going to have more children & become a stay-at-home mom, then that's fine with retiring, since it's not just retiring because she "feels like it".
