I spout statistics so much that it's kind of embarrassing now, but I guess if it's an industry I plan to be in that makes sense at least.

I hate this **** so much. I'm constantly having to either shut tricks down or bite my tongue. I'm also a DJ (it's more of a hobby, tho) and lyricst, so it just adds to my aggrivation towards people who've never read up on anything about the music industry or know the basics when they run their mouths.

I've been a member of multiple forums ever since I was 12. These forums (music or otherwise and even stans) are honestly like an underground movement.

Me & my friend get into arguments all the time about music, ex.;

Her: "No one even knows who Shakira is anymore "
Me: "Um, what are you talking about? Just because she you don't hear about her in the US, doesn't mean she's a nobody "

or

Her: "Give Me Everything is WAY better than anything Gaga has released."
Me : "It just sounds like recycled, ******, garbage that you would listen to because all you listen to is whatever's on the radio, now shut the **** up."

It happens to me all the time... They always think they're correct though
