I don't think it's completely down to the label. Not many labels will let her have near-complete creative control. She just needs some damage control, and an image change.
Pixie Lott/Young Foolish Happy, best to worst:
Bright Lights 2 I like her accent here; very sexy.
Birthday Catchy but kinda weird.
Perfect Sounds like a Pink wannabe. It’s nice though if too repetitive.
Everybody Hurts Her voice doesn’t really work for ballads.
We Just Go On This sounds like a Disney Channel thing.
You Win On the shrieky side. If she got vocal lessons to control her pitch these songs would be more enjoyable.
Steve on the Radio The beat has an interesting throwback-y quality. Her pronunciation seems like she’s singing from the side of her mouth, though; it’s off-putting.
Nobody Does it Better The beat does not work. Her voice is boring here.
Kiss the Stars Bugs me. The lyrics are painful.

Dancing on My Own The guy sounds creepy; she sounds shrill.
