Well, uh I used to hate Katy. Only for a few weeks.
I saw her California Gurls music video, thought she was a talentless **** with big ****.
Did some googling and really discovered the musician inside her.

I feel like such a horrible stan.
I think I knew who she was subconciously before TD (Hot N Cold WUIV) but I never paid attention to her until her CG music video.

I hated Gaga when I saw her perform Just Dance. I thought she was just another pop tart with generic music that can barely sing her own songs. But then I saw her sing Paparazzi at the VMAs I got intrigued. Then I found out she could play the piano and that she was really smart and savvy about the art world and BOOM!

I have mostly been a fan of Rock, but I didn't mind Katy when Hot and Cold came out because she seemed sort of a Vanessa Carleton kind of singer. So I didn't mind her, I listened to her songs when they came out on the radio. But when California Girls came out. I ****ing flipped the **** out, and then found out about her vocals So anytime the most annoying song Last Friday Night comes on the radio I bang my head on the table. The End

I guess Gaga is the closest person I used to dislike and now like. Although when I disliked her, I was still in my phase of hating most mainstream/pop music.

I thought Just Dance was alright. Poker Face was pretty sick. Then she lost me with Love Game because I really hated (and still do hehehe) that song. Then like half a year later when Telephone started kicking off, I somehow wound up watching that Speechless video for VEVO and then I slowly started becoming a bigger and bigger fan of hers.

Rihanna I never cared for her much, but her music is fun, sexy and oh so danceable she should stop trying with ballads because she kinda fails and just make good upbeat music, she excels at what she does.
