So this show is Canadian and show on Disney.
And apparently they love them some Smirnov Ice!
As a heads up - Charlotte (the mousy when Disnyefied one) is 16, Jasmine (the one who really does like her liquor) is 15 and Rain (the guy) I think is 16. The girl with the Green bottle, who happens to be on Degrassi, is 16.
And yes, Charlotte has no clue how to hold a bottle. Neither does the dumbass from Degrassi, but they're still learing about their liquor.
