A lot of people still don't know she's talented and that she can actually sing.
I think they never gave her a chance to prove them wrong.

I said a while back that I thought Born This Way (the album), was probably the best promo she could have done for her future releases. For one thing, while her casual audience has probably been waning (these can always be easily brought back though I think), she's expanded her audience/demographic significantly. Performances like the one last night, the Howard Stern Show, and smaller ones like the Yoü and I performance on The View, reach new people that shrugged her off.

Hmm, very odd. No one I know has questioned her talent. It would be crazy to deny her. I'm glad she gained respect from naysayers.

I agree with this. This era Gaga's putting more effort into showing she really has talent.

My dad, who has seen just about every televised performance she has done in the US on any award show was shocked last night. I mean people know she can sing, but I think the jazz thing pulled in the haters last night,
