I heard a rumor on Cyber Monday, iTunes is going to put a bunch of albums up for $5...I hope Stronger is one.

Honestly they should of just performed MKIA, if they weren't going to release the song.

Sigh. The performance was just not an amazing introduction to WDKY.

I actually have concerns this song will pull an IDHU and not be the smash everyone is expecting. By Jan next year, it would of been produced almost, maybe even over a year ago. I just think they are on some dangerous grounds.

I'd really take the January 20th release rumor with a grain of salt... I mean that's a Friday and as far as I know most singles are released on a Monday or Tuesday. Besides... it came from tumblr.

WDKY leaked March this year? I don't remember.

But I'm pretty sure it was produced before Feb 2011.

I'm just saying, trends and what radio likes changes. I think they have been sitting on WDKY & the whole stronger album for too long.

I don't think album sales would of suffered if the album was released earlier. So far she hasn't really benefited from Q4 sales. Ideally MKIA would of peaked two weeks before the album released, followed by WDKY peaking about four to five weeks after.

I know I'm negative, but I just want Kelly to beat Carrie Underwood for sales. She has more albums, yet she's falling further behind

WDKY leaked in July. It's going to be fine. She performed it the night before a major holiday at the very worst time slot. Once radio picks it up and the real promo begins, it'll smash.

I'm not so much worried about WDKY, it has almost already surpassed All I Ever Wanted & Sober in sales lol At the very worst I think it will go platinum.

But the album is a definite worry, it doesn't really have much carrying it through December at this point. Yes she has the Jingle Bell promo ect, but it's hardly televised to large audiences.

We saw that with Already Gone. An extremely successful single, which couldn't carry the album due to long delays between singles.

I've been looking everywhere (maybe I just suck) but is there a ZIP of HQ audio rips from her Troubadour VEVO?

WDKY won't have a chance to make a big radio impact until after the New Year anyway so I don't think it matters at this point. I would like it to be released as soon as possible so she can at least start promoting it before the holidays though.

I didn't even know that WDKY leaked this summer. I am such a bad stan I thought I had all the leaks that came out.

WDKY to be released sometime around early January is not a bad idea at all. The X-factor performance might have a minimal effect on her digitally since she was the first performer there but on the brighter side, come to think of it, WDKY will not do well during the holiday season.
Remember, MLWSWY a WDKY counterpart of AIEW was released on Jan. 13, 2009. Teasers were buzzed 2 days after the new year and fans/non-fans/casual radio listeners dug the song so much that it became very popular and it impacted internationally during feb and march that year.
I think RCA is following the formula of MLWSWY for WDKY in terms of the release.

WDKY can no longer be found anywhere on itunes top 100 thanks to x-factor for its BIG help.

Well it had a series low in ratings last night. Only 8 million viewers. And not to mention she performed right in the beginning. Oh well. She should've just performed MKIA again tbh

I really don't know if the viewers were not pleased with the performance or she was missed being on the show since she was the beginning act. Bruno is steadily increasing and might snatch LMFAO's weave. WDKY only peaked at # 87 on its return from # 101-106 on itunes and now it's back to where it belongs.
