Is it already available on iTunes, for example? I know it barely has airplay for now, but if it's on iTunes, then it's a pretty weak debut.

As I said before, second singles to not tend to debut high because they have usually already been available to download since the album's release, as is the case here. Therefore second singles will almost always have a lesser debut than the first single off an album.
With multiple days at #1 on TRL, (slowly) growing airplay, and single sales on the rise (last week alone Sorry posted a 400% increase in sales), it's going to be a sizeable hit in my opinion.
