Her tacky ass way of saying "AND I SAW HIM DEAD" line reminds me of Nightmare Before Christmas during This Is Halloween when the wolf says "Teeth nice and sharp and eyes glowing reeddd!"
I actually like Mya in Chicago. It just makes no sense that her story would close "Cell Block Tango" when the song already peaked emotionally with Catherine Zeta-Jones' verse. This is my favorite scene in the film, but that always bothered me.
