In my opinion, I dont think it is to big of a deal. I'm sure 99% of people from ages 12-20 have had alcohol. Now I'm not saying that you should go around drinking freely, but I think it is ok if you are at home with adults present. And besides in this picture it looks more like she is posing rather than actually drinking.
