I feel like a lot of people are answering BTW not because of the music itself, but more because of how she's handled the era. Not the reactions I remember. All I remember is people either saying it was "trash" or that they were completely "disappointed", while monsters were saying it was the best album since Jesus walked the earth. I even remember joking that since Jesus is a myth and never walked the earth... (well you can guess the rest of the joke).
