Gaga was never going to be on the list this year. Didn't you see their article calling her and Beyonce losers of Summer? And they've called the BTW era disappointing numerous times, deservedly so.
Well, I'm glad they decided to tack a few mediocre performers onto the list in her place to assure us that the decline in the quality of the magazine is still proceeding smoothly.

Or the magazine that believes that Bieber's latest outing is on the same level of quality as that album AND Coldplay's newest?
