italy... yeah i said it
sooooo, i was asked to play during an award ceremony called the Andy Awards. I was the only artist to actually perform. AND IT WAS IN FLORENCE, ITALY! it was amazing. and to top it all off, i'd never been to italy before, so you can imagine how excited i was. it was an acoustic performance in Napoleon's sisters castle. It was one of the most amazing things i've ever done. so surreal. But let me start off by saying that it was so flattering to have Atlantic records think of me for this. The people i played for were some of the most creative people in the world and they were so gracious and supportive!!
I have a really good feeling about this second record. Everybody seems so behind it, it's just great.
But to sum up my italian experience in four words, let me just say "dinner with The David" (literally). If you are a fan of art, or just know of the few wonders of the world, you'll understand
On the record front, we are almost done with the mixing stage of the recording process. it'll be done before you know it i can't wait to get out there and actually play this stuff. i feel like i'm finally in my own element. just wanted you all lto know that...

New Toby ^_^ Can't wait, "Real Love" was just amazing. Her 1st album was really good, I can just imagine the new one being a thousand times better though ^_^
