No, like Shape explained. It's 24 frames in a second. So she's using frames as just another smaller, more precise unit of measurement. Just like I would say I walked 1 mile, 2 feet, and 3 inches, you could say this video is 1 minute, 2 seconds, and 3 frames long. You wouldn't say a video is 25 frames long because 24 frames is equal to a second, so you would say it is 1 second and 1 frame long. Does that make sense?
