I think she's dresses awesomely most of the time and very well in terms of her figure. It's only once in a while where I'm not keen on something she wears and people don't dress fantastically to everyone's tastes all the time. As for that outfit, I don't like the jacket/bolero & shoes but there's nothing particularly wrong with the dress; it's smart, simple, good bias cut and elegant plus it probably looked better in real life. Blue, green and purple are generally quite hard to photograph (sometimes red as well) and can make the whole ensemble look different on cam.
