Tuna and light mayonnaise on a wheat bread roll
Try and use meat and fish like chicken and salmon with a basic sauce and some green vegetables with pasta
Use a grill pan when grilling any meat that has lot of fat on it like bacon - the fat will be sweated out and the meat will become leaner
Veal instead of red meat
Make egg white omelettes instead of normal omelettes
