LMAO since when does that matter? WFL didn't hit #1 when it was released, and look where it is now, the start of the chart run is completely irrelevant.
Just for the record, it doesn't matter if something is an xth single if several of the previous singles flopped. Katy's is as at least impressive because her first 5 singles sold very well.
Man Down was a Urban single and it went top10 there.
CKB is a ballad and radio didn't support it. But it has done great on itunes.
