I cannot WAIIIIIT for Where Have You Been. IDJ better not **** this up, though. I need promotion, an epic music video, and a good window to get its full commercial success through instead of getting cut off like We Found Love.
The WFL video (the field/farm scenes) seems more fitting for WHYB. I can't imagine what the video is going to look like without a barnyard.
They're similar because of the Urban direction they both envelope, especially coming from Loud, anyway.
I agree about the urban part which is why it makes more since to compare TTT to Rated R as opposed to LOUD. But thematically, they're still very different.
I'm pretty sure that it's my least favorite after Farewell, but I do like both of them and I can tell that Talk That Talk will be a big success as a single. I LIVE for that bridge and Jay's verse though.
How does Farewell not make you ugly cry for hours?

Oh for sure.
That's the funny thing about Rihanna albums, as well. All of her albums are thematically different
Nahhh. It's a good song and stuff, but it's a tad basic and doesn't compare to the other slower songs on the album, like Drunk On Love and We All Want Love, which are epic as ****. I dunno, when it's all said and done and my overwhelming hype for the album is down a bit, I give the song a 7/10, which is pretty good honestly. It's just not that good. It's a nice little closing song though. I wouldn't replace it on the album.. maybe just revise it.
Kii anyone wondering why they chose YDO out of all songs for a second single Maybe my taste is off with the rest of the general public but its as if they wanted to kill the WFL momentum with that single out of all the other great tracks on the album.
