Why is LOVE so POWERFULL?
I don't know the religous background for everybody here on atrl, but assuming you believe in a higher being who created the world we live in and certain aspects of human interaction, why did they decide to make LOVE so damn powerful? I mean think about it, Love is so strong that it drives people to become insane, head over heels for the oppisite sex. Half the time the person really isnt even worth it, but their willing to risk just about EVERYTHING for them. Take rihanna for instance, to this day she probably still wants chris brown for all the WRONG reasons. Her love for him is THAT over powering? That it can hold her back from enjoying her life, and potentially finding someone ELSE who can make her life worthwhile?
Why is it that most of us get the idea that after we lose the one we've loved for so long, LOVE and HAPPINESS becomes extinct? I mean, GOD said it himself. Love is EVERLASTING. It dosent go away. Why is it that we cant be patient and wait for that time, that RIGHT time, where we can enjoy it and find again? Especially if the old love is no longer good for you?
It's just a thought. Can we discuss?

Love is a damn beautiful word/feeling.
I'm really happy to be in a relationship with the most sweet person in this world. I'll do anything to have my boyfriend always with me. Don't want this happiness that im living, to end never.

Rihanna said it best. The heart wants what the heart wants. Love is a four letter word and yes it's powerful, but you can't put love in a box. It has no definition. Here I am back with my ex. We've broken up 3 times, seen other people, yet somehow ended up back with each other. In my personal opinion, you only have one soulmate and there is no one out there who will make you feel the way that person does. Love really is a drug. When I'm around him I'm completely consumed. His scent, his laugh, his voice, his energy completely overcomes me and I feel like a better person. When I'm not around him I feel imcomplete. As cheesy as it may sound, he brings the best out of me and he makes me whole. I tried to deny that for the longest, but like I said here we are once again. There's no denying true love. Life without companionship is great. I love the single life, but you come to a point in your life when you want to be with someone and build a world to share together with that person.
