The point is that not all songs go top 10 after XF performances. You can't compare MTN to BR, for example. Before its XF performance, BR was at #3 (I think) in the UK Singles Chart, and was doing amazingly well on the radio. Furthermore, it's unbelievably popular video had been released just a week or two earlier, and was the reason it had climbed into the top 5. MTN was barely in the top 300 on UK iTunes... You can't compare them.
