Okay, since my internet has been done for days. I've started to count the Top 100. Some interesting notes:

- The current number one is a song no one would expect! Very exciting!

Okay, now some complaints:
- I said that you can only have 5 singles per artist. Yet some people tried to have up to 7? So the first five songs are the only ones that count.
- Say My Name, Sometimes, It's Not Right But It's Okay, Baby One More Time and ESPECIALLY Champagne Supernova are not singles of the 2000s. So they will not be counted. You people really wasted your votes for those songs.

Now it's time to get a few of the members who supplied the lists.

JeffKTN - You must've been in a rush to post your list because you listed a couple of songs twice, which really pissed me off.
Chad - You might be the person who's made list counting the hardest for me because you pick the songs that no one else is lsting. If it's a song by a popular artist, your favorite by them will be the flop that no one else likes. It's very challenging. Also, your list was almost completely female-oriented, which was a little disorienting.
Ben - You have no female artists on your list. That makes me . I thought all this time that Omega was the sexist of the group (he still is) but he had three female artists! Truly shocking.
BTW Ben and Omega, you two practically have the same lists. Like, only a couple of songs are different on your lists. I smell a scam!
Mikal - Your list seems to be missing 80-90. But I'm too lazy to not count it?
Mike - For someone who hates Britney so much, it's quite funny that she appears on your list so many times.

Marc, when I am done counting the songs, I'll send them to you for double-checking. You seem to be quite the mathlete!

Anyway, this list should be done by the time spring break rolls around (March-April). If that's not soon enough for you, suck it?

Sorry about that! Quite honestly I worked on the list a couple of times after I had been out drinking (gee that sounds pathetic).. I certainly didn't mean to do it! I checked it and thought I had gotten out repeats... did you use my final list? I know there were some repeats early on, but I went back and thought I had corrected them. Again, sorry... it wasn't intentional. Didn't mean to make your job harder!

By the way, Franklin, if you need any help at this point let me know and I'll help.

Ok i'm confused.... someone please inform me... How can you make a top 100 of the 2000's when the 2000's aren't technically over? the 2000's would last until the end of 2009.... The 2000's are only half over... Like for example, when you say the 1990's, you include 1990-1999, not 1990-1995.... so is this just a top 100 of the first half of the 2000's? Cuz otherwise, I don't understand why you're saying top 100 of the 2000's when they don't truly end until 2009.... ... someone fill me in on what's going on....

The vote is already over.. i was in NOV-DEC 2005. It was for the 2000's so far (2000-2005).

Um, as a whole, I thought we were over the myth that Limp Bizkit has any good songs? I'm looking at these lists and I keep seeing their ****** **** pop up! Is this some sort of inside joke that I'm not in on? Because no one with a brain in their heads could think that Limp Bizkit made anything worthwhile in this decade, right?

BTW, I didn't realize you guys were serious about all the Bat Country love. In fact, seeing that it most likely will make the list makes me wish I would've made only 2000-2004 songs eligible.

Also, if Where is the Love or My Humps makes the list, I'll probably just cancel the whole thing.

I want to know in what world She Will Be Loved, Where is the Love and Rollin' deserve to be on a list of great singles? I want to know so I can bomb this world, so the idiots that live there will never procreate and spread their bad taste to future generations.

Putting this list together was a real soul-crusher, because it just kept getting worse? You all should be ashamed of yourselves for some of the crap you tried to sling.

However, there are upsides. The top 3 is perhaps the best coupling of songs ever?

I also found it interesting that there was one song from 2005 that didn't end up on the ATRL Top 50 of 2005, but ended up here. Like, wtf?

Jim, I'm really counting on you to right the wrongs that your fellow webmates have slung upon the site as a whole. Like, Rollin'? Really?

I also don't want anyone blaming ME for the crappiness of the final list. It ain't my fault, my list was chockful of classics. Blame the people who think BEP, Maroon 5 and Limp Bizkit are quality musical acts.
