What do ya'll think on re-releases? Everybody is doing it. Fall out Boy, kelly, mariah, Shakira, and so many more are bound to do it. Why can't artists just release a new album when they think of new ideas. Some songs have to be released like mariahs 'dfau' but not everything.

It seems like a lot of artists are starting to lack in the new ideas dept., but it is a great way to boost alblum sales.

If an artist wants to sell me a re-release a CD that I already own, I would want it to have:

- 4 or more new tracks (Not including remixes)

- A dualdisc or some sort of DVD

- A price that's less than $12.

Otherwise, I'll just find a way to download the new material.

A lot of people wait till re-releases to get the album, and when it's being rerleased with new material a lot of people will decide to go get the album...

Like Mariah's re-release helped because a lot of people were wanting to buy her album, and it was a good time to buy it then.

No she didn't. She just released a special edition in Asia and Australia !
