a new video surfaced showing evidence of the Nonchalance in the chinnese society.
in a highway a woman i thrown from a bridge, the first vehicle manages to stop, but no one helps the woman

I've heard that in China, whoever stops to help an injured person must pay their medical bill. Anyone know if this is true?

I thought people were scared of being accused of hurting her and THEN being forced to pay them.
