Skeleton guns: Dead/old arguments?

Wedding bells are viewed as a happy thing. I'm thinking a skeleton gun could be drugs or anything else that can harm you (like a gun would) and an attic is generally an isolated and infrequently used room in a house.
She knows damn well that she's gnna create hype when she says she's sharing something she's never shared.. something that she hates about her past.. than POSTS A PICTURE OF HER IN A HOSPITAL BED.
This is my theory of the line: "Skeleton guns are wedding bells in the attic."

Anyways, the real story why she's in the hospital:
She wrote a poem about how she hates the gays and if she could just wipe them out of this world one sequin at a time, life would be so much easier.
