If anyone who's good with computers, i keep getting this popup saying "The maximum number of secrets that may be stored in a single system has exceeded. The length and number of secrets is limited to satisfy United States State Department export restriction." i've been told that this is a virus or just a rootkit. how do i get rid of it?
