No. 2008 was definitely Britney, 2007 was Beyonce, and 2010 was Lady Gaga. Rihanna hasn't had the title of being the best in a year yet

2007 with Beyonce was a bit of a stretch, but it's definitely not Rihanna. All Rihanna really did was Umbrella, because her album really didn't get bigger until 2008, and was overshadowed by Britney
