Gaga shaves several Barbies with kiddie scissors, makes wig
There is no explanation for this monstrosity other than Gaga going postal with a pair of kiddie scissors on several dolls' hair and scotch taping the clippings to her face.
Honestly, it looks like she pulled the Fame Monster cover's wig out from under some chair/heavy object it was stuck under for the last 2 years and decided to wear it out again. A mess.
